Do I need internet?: No. It works offline, and the offline installer needs no internet at all. You go online once, to get your license file.
Where are my learners' records?: Only on your laptop. Your website account holds just your name, email and license.
Two laptops, one license?: No — one laptop at a time. You can move it when you change laptops.
Changing laptops?: Back up, press Deactivate on the old one, then request a move in your account.
Laptop lost or broken?: Request a move and tick "lost or broken". The developer frees the old one.
Updates?: ProTitser tells you when one is out. Your records and license stay.
Is this from DepEd?: No. It's an independent tool by a teacher, following DepEd rules and form layouts.
Where do licenses come from?: Only from the developer, through your account. Never buy a "cracked" copy.
