ProTitser is two apps that work as one. ProTitser PC, on your laptop, computes your grades, keeps your attendance and prints your school forms. ProTitser Mobile, on your Android phone, checks answer sheets with the camera and records scores in the classroom. One license covers both, and they sync with no internet.

Free 7-day trial · Latest version · Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit

One license for both apps: ₱199 for school year 2026-2027.

A picture of the two apps. ProTitser PC shows its E-Class Record screen: the green menu on the left (Overview, Loads and Profile, Learner Management, Attendance Hub, Learner Performance, Assessment Center, Homeroom, Records Exchange, Teacher Hub, Integrations and Utilities, Settings), the How it works and Back buttons at the top, and the Mathematics class record of Grade 8 – Rizal, where each learner's written works, performance tasks and exam add up to the term grade. Before it stands a phone with the Home of ProTitser Mobile: Advisory, My Class, Attendance, Assessment, Answer Sheet, Record, Schedule, Sync and Scanner, and the round Scan button.

ProTitser PC

What ProTitser PC can do

It follows DepEd grading rules, orders and form layouts. You type once, and ProTitser does the adding, the copying and the printing.

  • Classes and learners

    • Bring in a whole class from the SF1 file you download from the LIS, or from a CSV template.
    • Enroll one learner at a time when you need to.
    • Search by name or LRN. Filter by status: Active, Transferred In, Transferred Out, Dropped, NLPA.
    • A learner with the same LRN is updated, not added twice.
    • A summary counts each section: total, male and female.
  • Loads and programs

    • Add a class by answering one question at a time: curriculum, grade level, subject, section and schedule.
    • Add ARAL, Homeroom Guidance, breaks and your other duties.
    • Two classes at the same time give a warning.
    • Your Teacher Program is built from your loads and prints on one A4 sheet.
    • The Class Program of your advisory class, with its signatories.
  • E-Class Record

    • Type the scores. The grades are worked out the DepEd way as you go.
    • Set the grading weights, with 3 to 5 Written Works and 2 to 3 Performance Tasks.
    • How it's computed explains every figure, and shows the transmutation table.
    • Copy and paste with Excel. Ctrl+Z undoes.
    • Finalize each term, then print the record on A4.
  • Attendance

    • One attendance sheet for each class, month by month.
    • Mark Present, Absent, Tardy or Excused from your keyboard.
    • National holidays are marked already. Add your own no-class days.
    • See who is below 85% attendance, or absent five school days in a row.
    • Submit the month, then print the SF2.
  • Homeroom

    For your advisory class.

    • Subject Grades: type the term grades, or bring in the grade file of a subject teacher.
    • Class Ranking, Awardees and Learners at Risk are worked out from the grades.
    • The summary of grades for each term and for the year, ready to print.
    • Credentials: tick each document once it is in the learner's folder.
    • Birthdays and shared addresses of the class. In Senior High, each learner's electives.
  • Tests: the Assessment Center

    • Table of Specifications: your competencies, the time taught, and the items at each level of thinking.
    • Item Analysis in the DepEd format: percentage correct, mastery level, rank, mean and MPS.
    • Least Mastered Competencies, ranked, with the intervention you plan for each.
    • An answer sheet for any test: 30, 50, 60 or 100 items, with your school's heading. ProTitser Mobile checks it.
    • An Answer Key sheet to print.
  • Records Exchange

A subject teacher sends the grades to the class adviser. No retyping.

    • Three ways to send: online to the adviser's Gmail, over the same Wi-Fi, or as a file.
    • The grade file is a locked Excel file, so its grades cannot be edited.
    • Every file comes with a PDF summary, signed with the teacher's name.
    • The adviser sees every grade first, then accepts.
  • Teacher Hub

    • Daily Time Record (Civil Service Form No. 48): three copies on one A4 sheet.
    • PPST Indicators for your position and school year.
    • Academic Budget: your lessons plotted on the class days of a term.
    • The School Calendar of School Year 2026-2027, from DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2026.
    • Links to the official DepEd websites.
  • Backup, updates and help

    • Back up to a flash drive in one press, or let ProTitser back up by itself.
    • Lock your backups with a password.
    • Keep a locked copy in your own Google Drive, if you want.
    • Updates come from inside the app. A safety copy of your records is made first.
    • A How it works guide on every screen.

  • SF10

    Coming soon
  • SFCR1

    Forms Checking Report

Tables 1 to 4 and the percentage of accuracy are counted for you.

  • Anecdotal Record

A private log for each learner, kept on your laptop only.

  • Class Program

The subjects, teachers, days and times of your advisory class.

  • Teacher Program

Your own week, built from your teaching load.

  • Daily Time Record

Civil Service Form No. 48, for each month.

SF1 comes from the LIS. ProTitser does not make it. It reads the SF1 file you download from the LIS to bring in your class list, so you do not type the names.

ProTitser Mobile

What ProTitser Mobile can do

The Android app for the classroom: your classes, a camera that checks papers, attendance and scores, in your pocket. Your work on the phone needs no internet.

  • Checks papers with the camera

    • Reads the answer sheet you print from ProTitser PC: 30 to 100 items.
    • The paper goes to the learner whose LRN is shaded on it.
    • It keeps scanning from one paper to the next.
    • A mark that is not clear is flagged for you. It is never guessed.
    • A paper scanned twice is not saved twice.
  • Exams and their results

    • Make an exam on the phone and tap in its answer key.
    • See the mean, the MPS, the highest and the lowest score.
    • Ranking of the learners, or of the sections by their mean.
    • Mastery Level of each item, with the Item Analysis saved as a PDF.
    • Each paper is kept as the camera took it, and can be saved as a PDF.
  • Attendance

    • Mark Present, Late, Absent or Excused, with the reason.
    • Of the day: who was absent, late or excused, in every class.
    • All absences: every day, the newest first.
    • This attendance stays on your phone. The SF2 is filled in on ProTitser PC.
  • Scores you type

    • Type the scores of a quiz, a task or an activity. The app moves to the next learner by itself.
    • Ranking, from the highest score to the lowest.
    • Interpretation: the class's MPS, its achievement level, and what to do next.
    • Send the scores to ProTitser PC, into a column of the E-Class Record that you choose.
  • Your classes in your pocket

    • My Class: every class with its subjects and schedule, sent from ProTitser PC.
    • Home shows the class that is on now, and the next one.
    • A reminder before each class.
    • Advisory: your enrollees, their credentials and addresses, and who transferred or dropped.
  • Safe, and up to date

    • Lock the app with a password, a pattern or the phone's own screen lock.
    • Back up to the phone or to your own Google Drive. A passphrase can lock the backup.
    • The app tells you when a newer version is ready: More, Mobile Update.
    • Light and dark screens.

How the two work together

From your laptop to your phone and back, in 4 steps

No cable and no internet. The laptop shows a code, and the phone reads it with its camera.

  1. Send your classes

On the laptop, open Integrations & Utilities, ProTitser Mobile, then Send. Press Send to the phone. A code comes on the screen.

  2. Read the code

On the phone, press Sync, then Receive, and point the camera at the code. Your classes arrive with their subjects, schedule and learners.

  3. Work in the classroom

Scan the answer sheets of a test. Type the scores of a quiz or a task. The phone needs no internet.

  4. Send the results back

On the laptop press Receive. On the phone press Sync, then Send, and read the code. Check what came in Data Consolidation, then transfer it to the E-Class Record or the Item Analysis.

  • How they connectThe same Wi-Fi, your phone's hotspot, or Bluetooth. No internet is used.
  • Locked on the wayWhat travels is locked with a key that is only in the code on your screen.
  • You check firstNothing enters your records until you have seen it. A learner who is not on the class list is never added.
  • No connection at all?Your classes can still reach the phone: as QR codes it reads from the laptop's screen, or as a file.

How it works

From download to your first class in 4 steps

  1. Download

Install ProTitser PC on your laptop. Then get ProTitser Mobile on your Android phone.

  2. Try it free

Every feature works for 7 days. No account is needed to start.

  3. Set up your classes

Follow the Setup checklist: your school, your profile, your teaching load, then your class lists. Send the classes to your phone.

  4. Get a license

From the developer or an authorized distributor. Activate in Settings, License, with your license key or your Gmail.

Private by design

Your learners' records never reach ProTitser

Nothing about your learners is uploaded to us. The website keeps your license, so you can change laptops any time. A backup or a grade file that you choose to send online goes to your own Google Drive, locked.

Your laptop and phone

  • Learners' names
  • Grades and attendance
  • School forms

protitser.com

  • Your name, school and email, and your password in a locked form that cannot be read back
  • Your license: its number and key, the name and school on it, until when it is paid, and a code that stands for each laptop it is on or was on
  • When the laptop it is on last checked the license: the date, its version of ProTitser and its network address
  • The phone of your license, and any before it: its model, a code that stands for the phone, the version of ProTitser Mobile it last used, and when it last renewed its activation
  • A phone's 7 free days: the same kind of code, the phone's model, its version of ProTitser Mobile, the date they began, and when the phone last asked and how often
  • A phone that was turned away from your license, because the license is on another phone, that phone was removed from it, or the license changed phones too often in a year: the license number, a code that stands for that phone, the reason, whether it asked through the laptop, with the Gmail or by itself, the first and the last time, and how many times. No name, no model and no network address. Deleted 400 days after the last time
  • A 6-digit code mailed to you: in a locked form, with the address it went to and the laptop, phone or license it is for. Kept for 10 minutes at the most, and the check that follows a right code for 15. Then deleted at the site's next clean-up
  • Counts against a flood: how often a network address, an email address, an account, a license, a laptop or a phone asked the site for something. A count runs for a day at the most, and is deleted at the site's next clean-up after that
  • Your payments: the GCash reference number, the amount, your note, the developer's answer and the picture of your receipt. The picture stays for 60 days after the payment is approved, not approved or cancelled. After that it is deleted when the next receipt comes in
  • Signing in to your account: when, the network address and the browser. A sign-in ends after 30 days, or after 7 days without use. With Google sign-in, also the number of your Google account
  • A log of what is done with your account and license: sign-ins, password changes, payments and mails sent, activating and moving the license, activating and removing a phone, and tries to use it on another computer. Each with its date, and many with the network address
  • A mail to whoever sold your license (the developer, or your distributor) when the license is moved to another laptop, or to another phone, with a code sent to your Gmail. It names the license, the name on it, your Gmail, and the two laptops' codes or the two phones' models
  • If a distributor made your license: the name, school, email, contact and remarks the distributor wrote for you. That distributor sees them, with the laptop the license is on and when it was last used
  • For grades sent online: who sent a file to whom, and when. Never a grade

What ProTitser Mobile tells protitser.com. From version 0.31, a phone asks protitser.com once to start its 7 free days, so that installing the app again does not start them over. It sends a code made from the phone's own ID (Android's id for the app on that phone), the phone's model and the version of the app. A phone that used the app before may also send when the app was first opened on it, and the code it had before the update. The site keeps these, with the day the free days began and when the phone last asked and how often. Android's id itself never leaves the phone, and the code stands for a phone, not a person. When the phone is activated through your laptop, the same code and the model are kept with your license, and the version of the app when the laptop passes it on. After that the phone renews its own activation when the app is opened and the phone has internet. It sends the activation it holds, which names your license and the phone's code, and the version of the app. The site keeps when the phone last asked, until when it is activated, and the version of the app it last used. A phone that is turned away is noted, as the list above says. Each time a phone asks, its network address is only used in a count against a flood, and is not kept with the code. A count runs for an hour or a day, and is deleted at the site's next clean-up after that. Nothing about your learners is sent.

Activating the phone with your Gmail. The phone sends the Gmail address you type, the 6-digit code, the license you choose, the phone's code and model, and the version of the app. A phone that updated from an older version also sends the code it had before the update. The code is kept for 10 minutes at the most and its check for 15, in a locked form, with that address and the phone's code. After that they are deleted at the site's next clean-up. It runs every time anyone asks for a code or types one, and otherwise whenever any laptop, phone or account uses the site, at most once a minute. Its log notes that a code was sent to that address, that it was typed right or wrong, and that a phone was activated, each with the time and the network address. The license's history gets a line when a phone is activated, and when one is turned away. Once the phone is activated, its code, its model and its version of the app are kept with your license, as with the laptop's code. That Gmail gets a mail saying a phone was activated. If the phone takes the place of another phone, whoever sold the license (the developer, or your distributor) gets a mail too, with the license number, the name on it, that Gmail and the models of the two phones. For an address that has no license, only counts against a flood are kept: of that address, the phone's code and the network address. Each runs for an hour, and is deleted at the site's next clean-up after that. When a phone is removed from your license, the site keeps that it was removed and when. Removed on the laptop, in your account, or by the developer, it gets a line in the license's history and in the log.

Sending grades online is your choice. The grade file is locked on the teacher's laptop, so that only the adviser's ProTitser can open it. It waits in the teacher's own Google Drive. protitser.com holds only the public keys and a notice that a file is waiting. It never holds a grade.

FAQ

Common questions

How much is it?

₱199 if you buy in this school year, 2026-2027. It is paid until June 15, 2027, and one license covers both ProTitser PC and ProTitser Mobile. After that, ₱249 per school year keeps the same license going. It is due every June 15, the same date for everyone. Starting school year 2027-2028, a teacher who buys for the first time pays ₱499, which includes that school year, and then ₱249 every June 15.

What happens if I do not pay the yearly fee?

After a 15-day grace, ProTitser becomes read-only. You can still open, print and export your records, and nothing is deleted. The Teacher Hub's PPST Indicators, School Calendar and Online Resources stay closed until the fee is paid. When you pay, it works in full again.

Do I pay again for the phone app?

No. ProTitser Mobile is included with your license.

How is the phone app activated?

In one of two ways. On the phone, open More, License, and press Activate this phone. Then choose Read the laptop's code or Use my Gmail. For the laptop's code, activate ProTitser PC first. Then, on the laptop, open Integrations & Utilities, ProTitser Mobile, and press Activate a phone, and point the phone's camera at the large code. The phone is activated, then it asks to bring your classes from the laptop. The laptop needs the internet for this. Your phone's hotspot, with its mobile data on, is enough. After that the phone keeps itself activated whenever it has internet. A phone with no internet for 30 days turns read-only until it connects again, or syncs with the laptop while the laptop is on the internet. Nothing is deleted. It needs ProTitser PC 3.0.6 or newer and ProTitser Mobile 0.31 or newer.

Can I activate the phone without the laptop?

Yes, with the Gmail of your license. On the phone, open More, License, press Activate this phone, then Use my Gmail. Type the Gmail of your license and press Send the code. protitser.com sends a 6-digit code to that Gmail: look in its inbox, and in Spam. Type the code on the phone and press Check the code. The code is good for 10 minutes. If more than one license of that Gmail can be used, the phone asks you to choose one. The phone is then activated. The phone needs the internet for this. The laptop does not. To bring your classes, sync the phone with the laptop afterwards: on the phone, Home, then Sync.

One license, two phones?

No. One license is for one laptop and one phone, and it stays on the phone that was activated first. To use another phone, first press Remove this phone. It is in two places: on the laptop, in Integrations & Utilities, ProTitser Mobile, and in your account here, under My licenses. A license can change phones only a few times a year.

Can I try the phone app before I buy?

Yes. Without a license, ProTitser Mobile works in full for 7 days. A new phone needs the internet once to start them. After that it is read-only: everything still opens and can be exported, and nothing is added or changed until the phone is activated.

Do I need internet?

Not for your daily work. Grades, attendance, forms and printing all work with no internet. The laptop needs the internet to activate your license, and installing may need it once: Windows may fetch one part the installer needs. After that, the laptop must be online from time to time. At least once in 35 days, to type in this month's Daily Time Record and to open the Teacher Hub's PPST Indicators, School Calendar and Online Resources (from ProTitser 3.0.6). If it has been longer, ProTitser asks you to connect once. Past months of the Daily Time Record, and opening and printing any month, stay open. And at least once in 90 days, to confirm the license. If it has been longer, ProTitser is read-only until the laptop is online again, and nothing is deleted. ProTitser also goes online for updates, and for what you choose to do online: a backup to Google Drive, or sending grades to an adviser who is far away.

My laptop has no internet at all. Can I use ProTitser?

Yes. Carry the download to it on a USB drive, and give it an offline license file, which is good for one year at a time. On Windows 11 and most Windows 10 laptops the installer finishes with no internet. If it asks for the internet, connect that laptop once, for the install only. A laptop that uses a license file is not asked to go online every 35 days. To activate your phone, that laptop needs no internet: on the phone, choose Use my Gmail and type the Gmail of your license. The other way, Read the laptop's code, works only while the laptop is on the internet.

What phone does ProTitser Mobile need?

An Android phone or tablet with Android 7 or newer, and a camera to check answer sheets. It is not made for the iPhone. The phone needs the internet for the download, for updates, and once to start its 7 free days. Your work on the phone needs no internet. An activated phone renews itself whenever it has internet, at least once in 30 days.

How do the laptop and the phone sync?

Over the same Wi-Fi, your phone's hotspot or Bluetooth, with no internet. The laptop shows a code and the phone reads it with its camera. Your classes go to the phone. Exam results and typed scores come back to the laptop, where you check them before they enter your records. Attendance taken on the phone stays on the phone.

Does ProTitser make the SF10?

Not yet. ProTitser will make each learner's SF10 once DepEd releases the official form. SF2, SF3, SF8, SF9 and SFCR-1 are made today. The SF9 is ready for Junior High and Grade 11.

Does ProTitser make the SF1?

No. The SF1 comes from the LIS. ProTitser reads the SF1 file you download from the LIS to bring in your class list.

Where are my learners' records?

On your laptop, and on your phone for what you do there. Your website account holds your name, school, email and license, with the laptop and the phone the license is on. See everything protitser.com keeps. If you turn on the optional backup to your own Google Drive, locked copies are also saved in your Google account, never on protitser.com.

Can I back up to my Google account?

Yes, if you want to. In ProTitser PC open Settings, Backup & Restore, Google Drive, press Connect Google Drive, choose your Gmail and press Allow. ProTitser then saves a password-locked copy of your backup in a "ProTitser Backups" folder in your own Google Drive, and you can restore it on a new laptop. It is off until you turn it on, and you can disconnect any time.

Two laptops, one license?

No. One laptop at a time. You can move it when you change laptops.

Changing laptops?

Back up, press Deactivate (in ProTitser or in your account), then activate on the new laptop.

Laptop lost or broken?

Press Deactivate under My licenses in your account, then activate on the new laptop.

Windows will not let me install it?

Windows warns about any new program that few people have downloaded yet. Press More info, then Run anyway. If there is no such button, the install guide shows how to unblock the file, and how to switch Windows' Smart protection off for the install and back on right after.

How do updates come?

From inside the apps. ProTitser PC tells you when a new version is out, shows what is new, and installs it when you choose. ProTitser Mobile does the same on the phone: More, then Mobile Update. Your records and your license stay.

Do I need to keep ProTitser updated?

Yes, please. Updates are free and come from inside the app: in ProTitser PC, open Settings, then Application Update. From time to time, an old version may be asked to update before its license is renewed. An update never deletes your records.

Is this from DepEd?

No. It's an independent tool by a teacher, following DepEd rules and form layouts.

Where do licenses come from?
